CANOPY TENTS

Mostly used for graduations, birthday parties, and backyard events, these tents are ideal for the party on a budget. Smaller and lighter than their big brother, the pole tents, canopy tents break down small enough to fit into the back seat of a car.  With installation instructions included, you can setup your own tent in about 30 to 45 minutes.

Side curtains are also compatible with canopy tents to close off the perimeter of the tent to protect from the elements and provide a sealed, finished look.

*Please note, side curtains are not included with the tent rental and are an additional charge

FRAME TENTS

A frame is assembled using aluminum tubing and the tent is laid on top of the framework.  The frame tent is special because it has no center poles. Frame tents are better for seating arrangements because, with no obstacles in the center, your options are wide open.

POLE TENTS

Pole tents are the most widely used tents for medium to large events.  From large festivals to elegant weddings, pole tents adapt to any event.  The tent is supported by single or multiple center poles down the middle, and shorter poles connected by ropes to stakes driven into the ground around the perimeter.  In addition to grass, pole tents can be set on blacktop and concrete by drilling into these surfaces.  Blacktop and concrete setups come at an additional charge.

CHAIRS

Choose from three different styles of chairs to match your occasion and budget.

TABLES

.Tables are available in round or banquet style(rectangle).  The two standard sizes are 60” (5’) round and 8’ x 30” banquet.  Standard table height is 30”.  We do offer some other unique sizes but quantities are limited.

STAGE

Available in 4’x4′ and 4’x2′ pieces to make sizes as small as 4’x2′ all the way up to 28’x32′ or larger upon request.  Stage is an easy way to highlight your wedding head table or make your band the center of attention.  Stage can be set at any height from 4″ to 36″.

TENT SIDEWALL

Tent sidewall is a great way to block the wind and rain from influencing the event under your tent.  Sidewall is available in 20′ lengths.
